1) Pulling that shit on a train car is the worst ever. I loathe any performer who waits till I’m trapped on a train with them before they start their performance, forcing you to be a participant. That car is more than likely full of people who had a lot tougher day than you did and have much worse problems than whatever you’ve got to bitch about.
2) The energy here seems pretty focused on “Lets become a meme” than someone genuinely doing something awesome for awesomes sake. Why can’t people just do cool stuff for the sake of it anymore? The 4 iphone camera crew seems a bit over the top here. Reminds me of last months phony homeless guy with Kermits doing Queen.
I’m sorry they got their stuff stolen, but there’s gotta be a better way to raise awareness (the actual playing of their song (while not my cuppa tea) was impressive).

new york rock band ATOMIC TOM gets all their gear stolen earlier this month. their creative solution to this problem not only gave me technology nerd chills, but should just go ahead and be the next iPhone commercial. apple, are you watching?!
